Benjamin is a restless musician, songwriter and producer, with a particular taste for working with different people and sensibilities. Under his own name he released three original albums, Car Radio (2015) 1986 (2017) - recorded with British musician Barnaby Keen - and the most recent, Extinction Pathways, widely recognized by critics as one of the albums of the year, in 2020. In addition to spending much of the year on the road playing live under his own name, he also plays in Lena d'Água's band, whose latest album he helped co-produce.

Graduated in Sound Engineering, he worked as a producer with names as diverse as Joana Espadinha, Cassete Pirata, Flak, B Fachada, Márcia, Pista, Tape Junk, João Só and João Pedro Pais.

At the Generator Academy, the Benjamin is responsible for the 15-hour course Songwriting and Production with Creativity.
