Miguel Bica has collaborated in the production and coordination of film festivals such as IndieLisboa and DocLisboa. He was project manager for PTBluestation, an innovative communication and marketing initiative for the telecommunications group PT, which had cultural and creative activities taking place every day for two years in a prominent metro station in Lisbon. This ambitious project, which included a total of 700 events, successfully captivated audiences, leaving a lasting impact at a national level and among visitors to Lisbon.
In 2014, he was one of the founders of Gerador. He holds the position of vice-president and production director, playing a crucial role in the maintenance and creation of several initiatives produced by Gerador. Through his leadership and experience, he ensures the perfect execution of creative projects and promotes an environment that stimulates innovation and cultural expression. He is a teacher at various schools that train young professionals in the cultural and creative sector.
