The 4th edition of the Plan for the Enhancement and Qualification of Human Resources assigned to the equipment of the Portuguese Theatre and Cinema-Theatre Network [RTCP], an initiative of the Directorate-General for the Arts (DGARTES) , carried out in this edition in partnership with Gerador, is organized around seven distinct modules: Conception of Participatory Artistic Projects; Communication of Performing Arts; Contracting; Image and Video; Hygiene, safety at work and risk prevention in the Performance Hall; Production; and Sound. The training sessions take place in person in the north, center and south of the country, in various cities.

Designing Participatory Art Projects with instructor Marta Silva
Communication in Performing Arts – Intermediate and Advanced Levels with instructor Inês Lampreia
Hiring, with trainers Joana Portela and Rui Ferreira
Image and Video – Intermediate and Advanced Levels with instructor João Pico
Hygiene, workplace safety and risk prevention in performance venues with trainer Teresa Real.
Production – Intermediate and advanced levels with instructor Ana Teresa Mota
Sound – Intermediate and advanced levels with José Afonso Monteiro
Registration can be done through this form . Since the number of places is limited, registration is subject to confirmation and is limited to a maximum of two people per device. Depending on availability, more people may be accepted.
Registration is also open for the "Conversations in Network," a new initiative from DGARTES , in partnership with Gerador, designed to strengthen the connection between the various partners of the Portuguese Network of Theatres and Cinema-Theatres , stimulate sharing, and open space for reflection on common themes and needs. Complementary to the training program currently underway throughout the country, these conversations are aimed at professionals and teams of the RTCP. There will be a total of 3 conversations with the following themes and locations:

Networks and Intersections - October 27, 2026, Porto Municipal Theatre, Campo Alegre, Porto
Community artistic projects - November 24, 2026, Joaquim Benite Municipal Theatre, Almada
