The Barometer Gerador Qmetrics is the annual study on the perception of culture in Portugal, which began in 2019. It aims to provide tools to freely support artists, cultural agents and political and business leaders in decisions related to cultural strategies. And it wants to make all Portuguese people reflect on the importance of culture for society.

This year's edition, exclusively digital , continues to assess the impact that the COVID-19 pandemic has had on society and culture, but we also begin reflections on the future of culture, the return to in-person activities, and disruptions caused by the pandemic period that are here to stay, namely the new importance of digital technology.
