The Barometer Gerador Qmetrics is the annual study on the perception of culture in Portugal, which began in 2019. It aims to provide tools to freely support artists, cultural agents and political and business leaders in decisions related to cultural strategies. And it wants to make all Portuguese people reflect on the importance of culture for society.

In this second edition of 2020 we have already evaluated the impact that the covid-19 pandemic has had on society and culture.
